Furniture Lovers

Warranty

Every piece comes with a 1-Year Guarantee, plus a 5-Year Extended Structural Guarantee at no extra cost.

1-Year Guarantee

Every piece supplied by Furniture Lovers is covered for 1 year from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in the frame and springs.

If a defect in the frame or springs appears in that first year, tell us and we will look at it. Depending on what we find, the remedy may be a repair, a replacement part or a replacement piece.

5-Year Extended Structural Guarantee

On top of the first year, the structural frame is covered for 5 years from the delivery date, at no extra cost.

This is structural cover on the frame only. It is not a five-year warranty on every component: fabric and cushion fillings, for example, are not part of the extension.

What is not covered

The guarantee does not cover damage or wear caused by:

  • General wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Commercial use
  • Unauthorised alterations

Please contact us before instructing anyone else to repair, modify or dismantle the furniture. Work we have not agreed to can make it harder to establish the cause of a problem and may affect what we can do about it.

How to make a claim

Email shop@furniturelovers.co.uk with the subject line Warranty Claim - Furniture Lovers, and include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The product name and configuration
  • Your delivery address and the date it was delivered
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photographs or video showing the issue

We will review the claim and reply with the next step. The button below opens a new email with the subject already filled in.

Damage on arrival

Delivery damage is handled under returns rather than the guarantee. Inspect your furniture at delivery wherever reasonably possible and point out visible damage to the team. If you find damage after they have left, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs. See Returns & Refunds for the full process. Reporting an issue after delivery does not remove your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

The guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights, including your rights when goods are faulty or not as described. It does not replace or reduce them.
