Furniture Lovers is a trading name of CATLIVES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15809676. Our registered office is Acero, 1 Concourse Way, Sheffield, S1 2BJ. It is an office, not a showroom; the website is the store.

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages set out the detail and form part of them. If anything is unclear, contact us before you order.

These commitments apply and are stated across the site:

• Free delivery to mainland England and Wales on every order, with no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout. In-stock items are delivered in 1 to 7 business days; an item that is not in stock shows its expected restock date instead.
• A two-person delivery team brings the furniture to the room of your choice and assembles it there at no extra cost, flat-pack furniture excepted.
• All furniture is brand new.
• A 1-Year Guarantee against manufacturing defects in the frame and springs, and a 5-Year Extended Structural Guarantee on the frame at no extra cost. Wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, commercial use and unauthorised alterations are not covered.
• Interest-free payments with Klarna, where offered at checkout.

These sit alongside your statutory rights, which they do not replace. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive most online orders to tell us you want to cancel, and normally a further 14 days to return the goods.
